Our Owner and Founder, Michael DeJong, did his industry internship working with one of the largest egg processing companies in the US in developing their first egg membrane separation plant. After building 6 such plants and developing many patented ‘firsts’, Michael moved to the membrane separation and filtration field, establishing vast cross-industry experience and relationships, before moving on to found DeJong Consulting and Operations, LLC.
