Project Scope and Implementation

The project undertaken for Apotheca involved comprehensive work on their herbal extraction facilities. The key components of the project included:

  • Herbal Extraction Room (TDs): The team was responsible for the installation and commissioning of Apotheca’s herbal extraction room.
  • Engineering and Design: The project was not merely an installation; it encompassed full engineering and design services for the extraction facility.
  • CIP Skid Installation: A fully automated Clean-In-Place (CIP) skid was designed and installed.
  • Automation and Efficiency: The addition of automation was a critical aspect of the project, aimed at significantly improving the overall efficiency and design of Apotheca’s manufacturing process.
